Do you accept returns/exchanges?
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME.  However, if you are not satisfied you may return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving for a store credit ONLY.
If you are requesting a replacement for a damaged item please include photos.

Do you allow refunds for a change of mind?
Current, there are no refunds. 

To where do you ship?
We ship internationally.  However, we ask for your patience, as there may be longer shipping times for Overseas locations. 

How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?
Shipping is typicall 2–7 business days. NOTE: The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, and not a guarantee. 

Can you deliver orders to a PO Box?
Typically US Postal Service or Canada Post are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.

What should I do if it’s past the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received my order?
If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, here’s what you do:

Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.

Get in touch with our customer support team. Let us know about your delayed shipment and we’ll check the latest delivery estimates to your location. Do you ship packages internationally?
Yes. However, due to overseas locations, we ask for your patience, as shipping/delivery times may take a little longer.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay

Do you accept bank transfer?
Unfortunately, we do not access bank transfer unless it is through PayPal.
